About Kangaroo Island
Kangaroo Island Resort will offer unique Australian wildlife vacations, but behind the five-star cuisine, the spa and the luxury accommodation there is a deep commitment to preserving the pristine eco heritage of this astonishing location.
Offering holidays that live in the memory, while enabling guests to sample the best local produce in an unspoilt setting, Kangaroo Island Resort is the perfect base from which to explore and enjoy the healthy outdoor island environment and marvel at the native flora and fauna, incredible sunsets and majestic scenery.
The innovative construction methods used by Central and City Development (CCD) Hotel and Resorts LLC when developing the site has meant that the local environment has been subject to minimal disturbance despite the 200 bed full service hotel project offering all the expected facilities of a prestige resort combining traditional rooms and modern lodges.
In addition we are reviving a dock and marina area to enable access to maritime leisure services and improved travel options - bringing retail and restaurant outlets into the mix to create a vibrant, attractive wharf plaza to complement the hotel and resort.
CCD has proven experience in island and coastal developments and in producing outstanding projects with a range of shopping and accommodation features.
CCD is committed to great design that sits easily in any location. Our ethos of excellence in hospitality is a golden thread woven into every development project and venture we embark upon.
